An orange "bubble" indicates that you should double-check if you entered the correct ORCID, because the names between the article/profile and the ORCID account do not match 100%. However, this may also be caused by missing middle names, name variations, name changes (e.g. in case of marriage) etc. It is not required that your name in the article matches the ORCID name (because the idea of the ORCID is to connect inconsistent names).
If you have followed the above instruction but the orange bubble is still appearing, you have to update the visibility settings of your ORCID by setting it to public. You can follow the instruction here: https://support.orcid.org/knowledgebase/articles/124518-visibility-settings.
