You're looking at the new JMIR Help Center, aka Knowledge Base (KB).
The Help Center is designed to provide a complete self-service support option for JMIR users, i.e. our readers, authors, reviewers, and editors.
The Help Center is in fact made up of two parts: a knowledge base and a community. JMIR users can search for knowledge base articles to learn a task or search the community and ask fellow users questions. If JMIR users can't find an answer from either the KB or the user community, they can submit a support request (file a ticket) at email@example.com.
For more information, see Help Center guide for end-users.
The staff at JMIR is currently busy to build this Help Center Knowledge Base (KB) by copying and consolidating information from other parts of the JMIR website. Please bear with us while we fill the KB with articles.
Note that internal documents for JMIR staff and editors remain on our JMIR wiki and are accessible for JMIR staff/editors only.
However, they are in the process of being moved to the following password-protected sections of the knowledge base:
- JMIR Internet - Knowledge Base for JMIR staff only
- For JMIR editors / editorial board members / guest editors only
- For JMIR copyeditors only
- For JMIR developers only
If you are a member of these special user groups (for example a section editor), please create a zendesk account (sign-in link on the upper right of this screen) and then send a support request to firstname.lastname@example.org
